The Media Library is the one place your reusable files live. Upload a picture, video or document once and choose it again wherever a file is asked for, instead of uploading it a fourth time. It sits under Settings → Media Library.

Upload on the library page
Choose a file on Add a file. Its name, type and size are recorded. -
Or save as you go
A fresh upload in a form offers Save to library. Saving is opt-in, on purpose: your AI agent can send anything in the library, so files are not added automatically.
