With the CRM installed, flows can react to deals and create tasks, and your own systems can hear about deals and tasks through webhooks. The same actions also appear to AI agents as tools.
When you'd use it #
Welcome a new customer
When a deal reaches Won, start a flow that sends a thank-you template and asks for a review a week later.
Never forget a quote
When a deal reaches Quote sent, add a task for its owner to call back in two days.
Keep another system in step
Send deal and task events to your accounting tool or a spreadsheet through a webhook.
In the flow builder #
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Start: a deal reaches a stage | Pick the pipeline and the stage. Each time a deal moves into that stage, its contact enters the flow. |
| Step: Create task | Adds a task with the title you write, which can include the contact's name. You set how many days until it is due, and whether the deal's owner or a chosen teammate gets it. |
| Step: Set stage | The step you already know. With the CRM installed, picking one of your own stages also moves the contact's deal, exactly as it does by hand. |
| Branch: deal stage | Take one path or another depending on the stage the contact's deal is in. |
Webhook events #
Subscribe to these under webhooks. Each payload carries the deal or task, its contact, and its stage or due date.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| deal.created | A deal was opened, by hand, from a stage change or by a flow. |
| deal.stage_changed | A deal moved to another stage. |
| deal.won / deal.lost | A deal reached a stage whose outcome is won or lost. |
| task.completed | Someone ticked a task off. |
| task.overdue | A task passed its due date without being done. Sent once per task. |
AI agents #
An agent in a workspace with the CRM can look up a contact's deals, move a deal to a stage and add a task. For example, an agent can book a follow-up call for your team when a customer asks to be called back.
