Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram messages and Instagram or Facebook posting all start with the same login to Meta. The Meta page under Integrations is where you do that login and see the result: each of your Facebook Pages listed once, with the Instagram account linked to it, and which of its uses are on.
When you'd use it #
Catching leads from ads
Turn on Lead Ads for a Page and every form submission arrives as a contact.
Answering Instagram DMs
Turn on Instagram messages and they land in the shared inbox with the rest.
Publishing posts
Turn on posting and the Page and its Instagram account become targets in the post scheduler.

Press Connect Meta
Log in with Meta once and approve the permissions it lists. There is nothing to copy or paste. -
Choose your Pages and what each is for
The chooser lists your Pages. For each, pick Lead Ads, Instagram messages and posting as you need them. -
Come back to change it
Use Add or change Pages to switch a use on or off, or Log in again if a Page shows Needs attention.
