When a customer builds a cart from your catalog inside WhatsApp and sends it, it arrives here as an order. This page is the pipeline you move it through, from received to fulfilled.
The status pipeline #
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pending | Just arrived. Nobody has looked at it. |
| Processing | Accepted and being prepared. |
| Partially shipped | Some lines have gone, some have not. |
| Shipped | Everything has left. |
| Completed | Delivered and done. |
| Canceled | Called off, by either side. |
Each status is also a filter tab, so "what still needs packing" is one click.
Working an order #
-
Open the order
You get the customer, the line items and the total as the customer submitted them. -
Reply in the thread
The cart came from a conversation, so confirming it is a normal reply in the inbox. -
Request payment if you take it over WhatsApp
See Payments. The payment link resolves publicly, so the customer can pay without an account. -
Move the status as reality moves
The status is a record for your team, not a message to the customer — tell them separately.
Where to go next #
Product catalog
Products with SKU, price and image, synced to your Meta commerce catalog.
Collections
Groups of products that become the sections of a WhatsApp product list message.
Payments
Every Razorpay transaction your workspace collected, and how to rescue a stuck one.
Working a conversation
Reply, send media and interactive messages, assign a teammate, and take a thread off the bot.
