CustomerPro for Shopify listens to your store and messages your customers on WhatsApp at the moments that matter: order placed, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled or refunded, and an hour after a checkout is left unfinished. It also imports your products, so your AI agent and your WhatsApp catalog show the same items and prices as your store.
You can already connect a Shopify store from inside CustomerPro (Integrations → Shopify). The Shopify App Store listing is being prepared; sign up with the button above to hear when it is live.
Who it is for
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp asking "where is my order?". This answers before they ask.
Ask cash-on-delivery buyers to confirm on WhatsApp before you ship, and cut return-to-origin losses on orders nobody meant to accept.
Recover abandoned checkouts with a WhatsApp message carrying the customer's own checkout link.
Shipping and delivery updates go out on their own, so fewer customers write in to ask.
What it can do
For each store event you pick one CustomerPro flow — or none. Flows send approved templates, can wait, branch and hand over to your team.
Setup
Sign up for CustomerPro and connect your WhatsApp Business number, then create and submit the templates you want to use — order confirmation, shipping update, cart reminder.
Type your store address, like yourstore.myshopify.com.
Shopify shows the read-only permissions the app asks for. Approve them and you return to CustomerPro.
Under Commerce settings, choose the flow for order placed, shipped, delivered, checkout abandoned and the rest. Leave any event empty to send nothing.
Import your products, then place a test order on your store with your own phone number and watch the messages arrive.
Security and permissions
The app asks for read access only: orders, customers, products, fulfillments and checkouts. It cannot edit an order, a product or a price.
Every event Shopify sends is checked against Shopify's signature before we act on it.
When you uninstall the app, Shopify tells us and we stop processing your store's events.
Only message customers who opted in to WhatsApp — for example with a checkbox at checkout. Flows skip contacts who opted out.
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Documentation
Not yet. Today you connect your store from inside CustomerPro (Integrations → Shopify) by typing your myshopify.com address and approving the app. An App Store listing is in progress; use the notify button to hear when it is live.
No. The app asks for read-only access to orders, customers, products, fulfillments and checkouts. It listens to your store and sends WhatsApp messages; it never edits an order, a product or a price.
An hour after a checkout is left unfinished, if the customer gave a phone number and has not placed the order since. The flow you choose for "Checkout abandoned" then starts, and its first message is an approved WhatsApp template carrying the checkout link.
Yes. Only message customers who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp — for example through a checkbox at checkout. Meta's rules require opt-in, and messaging people who did not ask lowers your number's quality rating.
Yes. The flow you pick for "Order placed" starts for every new order, whatever the payment method, so you can ask cash-on-delivery customers to confirm before you ship.
Shopify tells us, and we stop receiving your store's events straight away. Your CustomerPro contacts and past conversations stay in your account.
The Shopify connection already works from inside CustomerPro. Start a free trial to use it now, and we will tell you when the App Store listing is live.
