WhatsApp conversations and leads, synced to HubSpot

CustomerPro for HubSpot keeps your CRM up to date with what happens on WhatsApp. WhatsApp contacts sync to HubSpot, matched by email and phone, a qualified WhatsApp lead becomes a HubSpot deal at the stage you choose, closed chats are logged as one tidy note, and a change in HubSpot — a deal moving to "Proposal sent" — can start a WhatsApp flow.

You can already connect HubSpot from inside CustomerPro (Integrations → HubSpot). The HubSpot App Marketplace listing is in review preparation; sign up with the button above to hear when it is published.

Who it is for

For sales teams whose customers reply on WhatsApp, not email

In India most leads answer a WhatsApp message long before they open an email. This keeps HubSpot the system of record while the conversation happens where the customer is.

B2B and service sales teams

Reps see in HubSpot which leads the WhatsApp AI agent has qualified, with the deal already created and assigned a stage.

Education counsellors

Every enquiry chat ends up as a note on the student's HubSpot contact, so the next counsellor knows what was promised.

Real estate and interiors

Moving a deal to "Site visit booked" in HubSpot sends the customer a WhatsApp confirmation with the address and time.

What it can do

What the connection does

Each of these is a switch in the connection settings. Turn on only what your team wants.

CustomerPro to HubSpot

Sync contacts
New and updated WhatsApp contacts are created or updated in HubSpot. The first sync matches on email and phone before creating anything.
Link the company
The contact's company name is linked to a HubSpot company record.
Create a deal from a qualified lead
When a lead is qualified — by your AI agent or a teammate — a deal is created in the pipeline and stage you pick.
Note on closed conversations
When a conversation is closed, one note with the transcript is added to the HubSpot contact.
Log campaigns
When a campaign finishes, a note is added to each recipient who is already in HubSpot.
Note booked appointments
With contact sync on, a meeting booked through a connected scheduler is noted on the contact.
Field mapping
Map CustomerPro fields and custom fields to HubSpot properties, up to 30 at a time.

HubSpot to CustomerPro

Start a flow on a property change
Pick a contact or deal property and a value. When a record reaches it, the CustomerPro flow you chose starts for that contact.

Setup

Connect HubSpot in five steps

  1. 1

Open Integrations → HubSpot in CustomerPro

You need permission to manage integrations in your CustomerPro workspace.

  2. 2

Sign in to HubSpot and approve

Choose the HubSpot account (portal) to connect and approve the permissions listed below. You come straight back to CustomerPro.

  3. 3

    Choose what to sync

Switch on contact sync, deal creation, closed-chat notes and campaign logging as you need. Pick the pipeline and stage for new deals.

  4. 4

    Map your fields

Match CustomerPro fields such as city or course to HubSpot properties. Leave anything you do not need unmapped.

  5. 5

Add a HubSpot trigger, if you want one

Set a property, a value and a flow — for example deal stage "Proposal sent" starts the "Proposal follow-up" flow.

Security and permissions

The permissions we ask HubSpot for, and why

  • Contacts — read and write

To find an existing contact by email or phone before creating one, and to keep it updated.

  • Companies — read and write

To link a contact to its company record.

  • Deals — read and write

To create a deal from a qualified lead, move its stage, and read a deal property when you use it to start a flow.

  • Owners — read

To show who owns a record. We never change owners.

  • No bulk export

We only touch records linked to your CustomerPro contacts. We do not download your whole HubSpot database.

  • Disconnect any time

Disconnect in CustomerPro and we revoke our HubSpot token. You can also uninstall from HubSpot's Connected apps.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Example workflows

How teams use it

AI-qualified leads land as deals

Inside sales

  1. 1. A lead from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad chats with your AI agent.
  2. 2. The agent qualifies the lead on budget and timeline.
  3. 3. A HubSpot deal is created at "Qualified" and the contact is updated.
  4. 4. The rep picks it up in HubSpot with the chat attached as a note.

Proposal follow-up on WhatsApp

Agencies and consultants

  1. 1. Rep moves the deal to "Proposal sent" in HubSpot.
  2. 2. CustomerPro starts the "Proposal follow-up" flow.
  3. 3. Day 2: template asking if they have questions.
  4. 4. Day 5: template offering a call slot.

Clean timeline, not message spam

Support and account managers

  1. 1. Your team answers in the shared inbox.
  2. 2. When they close the chat, one note is added to HubSpot.
  3. 3. Managers read the whole exchange in one place.

Questions about CustomerPro for HubSpot

Not yet. Today you connect HubSpot from inside CustomerPro (Integrations → HubSpot) with a HubSpot sign-in. A listing on the HubSpot App Marketplace is in progress; use the notify button to hear when it is approved.

Read and write for contacts, companies and deals, and read for owners. Contacts and companies are needed to sync your WhatsApp contacts, deals to create a deal from a qualified lead and move its stage, and owners to show who a record belongs to.

No. The first sync looks for an existing HubSpot contact with the same email or phone number and links to it. After that, CustomerPro remembers the link and keeps updating the same record.

No, and on purpose. When a conversation is closed, CustomerPro can add one note with the conversation to the contact. That keeps the HubSpot timeline readable instead of one entry per message.

Yes. Choose a contact or deal property and a value — for example deal stage becomes "Proposal sent" — and pick a CustomerPro flow to start when it happens. The flow sends approved templates, so Meta's 24-hour rule is respected.

The connection uses HubSpot's standard CRM objects, which exist on every HubSpot plan including the free CRM. Custom properties you map depend on what your HubSpot plan allows you to create.
