Run your WhatsApp Business account from a conversation with Claude

CustomerPro for Claude lets Claude read your WhatsApp conversations and contacts, draft replies in your tone, send approved templates and check how campaigns did — from Claude on the web, the desktop app or Claude Code. Claude asks before it acts, and it can only do what you approved when you connected.

The Claude connector is in development. Sign up with the button above and we will tell you the day you can add it.

Security and permissions

Safe by default

  • You approve every permission

The consent screen lists each permission — reading contacts, reading messages, sending messages, campaigns, flows, agents. Untick anything you do not want.

  • Claude asks before it acts

Claude shows each tool call for your approval unless you choose "always allow" for that tool.

  • Bulk and delete are locked

They are separate permissions, off by default, and need a second confirmation on every call.

  • One number, revocable

The connection is tied to one WhatsApp number. Revoke it in CustomerPro and Claude loses access immediately.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Questions about CustomerPro for Claude

Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans, and Anthropic decides which plans include them. Check Claude's own settings under Connectors — if you can add a custom connector there, you can add CustomerPro.

Yes. The same connector URL works in Claude on the web, the Claude desktop app and Claude Code, because they all support remote MCP servers. You sign in to CustomerPro once per app.

Claude asks before it uses a tool unless you have told it to always allow that tool. On our side, sending needs the messages:send permission, and bulk sends and deletions need a second confirmation even when they are enabled.

Only if you grant messages:read, and only for the WhatsApp number you choose when you connect. Claude sees what it fetches for the question you asked; it does not get a copy of your whole inbox.

No. CustomerPro builds and supports this connector. Claude is a product of Anthropic, and CustomerPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

The connector is included on paid CustomerPro plans. Your Claude subscription is billed by Anthropic. Your CustomerPro wallet is used only when Claude asks one of your CustomerPro AI agents to do the work.
