Morning lead check
Owners and sales heads
- 1. "Which new leads from yesterday have not had a reply?"
- 2. The assistant reads conversations and lists them with what each person asked.
- 3. "Send the site-visit template to the first three."
Connect CustomerPro to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf and ask for things in plain language: "Who messaged about the 2BHK in Baner this week?", "Send the Diwali offer template to my VIP list", "How did yesterday's campaign do?". The assistant uses CustomerPro's tools on your account, with only the permissions you approve.
Who it is for
If you already use an AI assistant for writing, planning or code, this gives it safe, scoped access to your customer conversations.
Ask how many leads came in, which ones are waiting for a reply, and what they asked about, without opening five screens.
Draft a campaign with the assistant, pick the audience from your lists, and launch it with an approved template.
Use CustomerPro from Cursor or VS Code while you build: look up a contact, check a template, test a flow on your own number.
What it can do
Tools are grouped by the permission they need. Tools a connection is not allowed to use are not offered to the assistant at all.
Setup
CustomerPro is a remote MCP server with OAuth sign-in. There is nothing to install and no API key to paste.
Use the address below. It is the same for every assistant.
In Claude or ChatGPT, open the connectors settings and add a custom connector. In Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf, add a remote MCP server in the MCP settings.
A CustomerPro sign-in window opens. Sign in with your normal account.
Pick the WhatsApp number the assistant may use, and tick only the permissions it needs. Bulk and delete stay off unless you turn them on.
Try "List my five most recent conversations". Once that works, try an action on your own number.

Security and permissions
The assistant never sees your password. You approve access on a CustomerPro screen, and you can revoke it at any time.
contacts:read, contacts:write, messages:read, messages:send, templates:read, templates:write, campaigns:read, campaigns:write, flows:read, flows:write and agents:run. Grant only what you need.
Each connection is tied to the number you choose, so an assistant cannot reach your other numbers.
Delete and bulk are separate permissions, off by default, and each call asks for a second confirmation.
Outside the 24-hour window, only approved templates can be sent — exactly as in the inbox.
Only tools that run CustomerPro's own AI, such as running an agent, are paid from your wallet. Reads do not, and sends only where your workspace pays for WhatsApp from its wallet.
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Documentation
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use tools from other software. The CustomerPro MCP server gives assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code a set of WhatsApp Business tools — reading contacts and conversations, sending messages, running campaigns — tied to your own CustomerPro account.
Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Windsurf all do. You add the connector URL once, sign in to CustomerPro, and approve what the assistant is allowed to do.
Only if you gave it the messages:send permission, and most assistants still show you each tool call before it runs. Deleting records and bulk sends are off by default; even when you enable them, each one needs a second confirmation before anything happens.
No. Meta's rules apply exactly as they do in the inbox. Inside the 24-hour customer service window the assistant can send a normal reply. Outside it, it can only send a template Meta has already approved.
Only tools that run CustomerPro's own AI, such as asking one of your AI agents to handle a conversation, are paid from your wallet. Reading data, sending messages and updating contacts do not. The assistant you connect from (Claude, ChatGPT and so on) is billed by its own provider.
All paid plans include the MCP server. The free plan and trials do not; upgrade from Billing and connect straight away.
Revoke it from your CustomerPro account and its access ends immediately. You can also remove the connector inside the assistant, but revoking on our side is the one that guarantees it can no longer call your account.
Create a CustomerPro account on a paid plan, connect your WhatsApp number and set up your templates, then add the connector URL above to your assistant.
